If you have an issue to report, please read this page first. The answer you
want is most likely listed here. If not, complete the Client Support Form at the
bottom of this page. You do not need to have a working e-mail application on your
computer to submit the form.
If your web site is not responding, use your Internet Browser (Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft
IE, Netscape, etc.) and try to visit other web sites. For example, www.cnn.com. If
you cannot connect to any web sites, then you should contact your ISP (Internet Service
Provider). Your ISP is the company that provides your Dial-up, DSL, Cable-modem, or
whatever method you use to connect to the Internet.
Clients who host their web sites with CTA benefit from several self-help services:
Webmail: Our webmail interface enables you to retrieve your e-mail
from any computer connected to the Internet. Check out the new features:
shared calendars, weather report, and server-side mail filters. Your login
name is the same as your e-mail address replacing the "@" symbol with a "dot."
For example, myname.mydomain.com. Your password is the same one that you used when you
set up your account in your e-mail package (Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.).
We do not recommend that you use Webmail exclusively. It is intended for casual use
when you are away from your home/office computer.

E-mail Administration: Our secure, easy-to-use e-mail administration
application enables you to add/change/delete e-mail accounts, reset passwords,
forward notes to another account, and more. We highly recommend that you appoint
one person in your company to manage e-mail accounts and one other person as a
backup. The username is the same as your
domain name less the "www." and ".com" extensions. For example, mydomain.
The password is the same one that you would use for FTP.

Web Site Usage Statistics: Detailed usage reports can be viewed
with a standard browser. Data is updated nightly. The main page of
the report is only a summary. Click on a month to see several pages of
detailed information. Please contact your CTA project manager to gain access.
